Kim Roy (she/they) is a versatile conductor and violist and a native of Western Washington. Kim is the Music Director of Seattle Rock Orchestra, Fauntleroy Chamber Orchestra and SYSO's newest ensemble, Music Youth Southeast. As an enthusiastic educator, Kim has directed orchestra programs at Garfield High School, Renton High School and Dimmitt Middle School and currently serves as the Program Coordinator for SYSO's Musical Pathways Project. When not in front of an orchestra you will probably find Kim surrounded by dogs, vinyl, and good food.
