Andrew is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in music education, arts management, and nonprofit leadership. Before joining SYSO, he served as Director of Visual and Performing Arts at Lakeside School in Seattle. During his 17 years at the organization, Andrew established an award-winning orchestral education program, guided two strategic planning processes, and led a multi-year campaign to renovate two theaters. He also served on the SYSO board from 2018-2020, supporting the integration of the Seattle Conservatory of Music.
